Case Study: Vino Winery Packaging & Marketing Campaign


Objective

Vino Winery needed a cohesive brand identity and packaging system for their line of estate-bottled wines. The goal was to create a label that communicates heritage and sophistication, while also extending into marketing collateral such as advertisements, social media content, and event promotions.

Process

  • Research & Discovery: Analyzed wine label trends and competitive packaging to identify gaps. Focused on balancing modern elegance with traditional European winery cues.
     
  • Design Exploration: Developed concepts around typography, color palettes, and iconic imagery. Experimented with bold serif logotypes paired with architectural photography to convey tradition.
     
  • Packaging Design: Final label featured a classic script logo with the Colosseum illustration, reinforcing old-world sophistication. Color-coded accents differentiated varietals (Merlot, Malbec, Cabernet).
     
  • Marketing Collateral: Extended the visual identity into posters, tasting event graphics, and digital ads. Used layered textures, deep wine tones, and elegant typography for a cohesive system.
     

Solution

A fully integrated visual identity that included:

  • Bottle labels with consistent hierarchy and adaptable layouts.
     
  • Print and digital advertisements highlighting the product line and winery experience.
     
  • Social media visuals and promotional materials to build awareness and drive wine tasting sign-ups.
